This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our store worldwide. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Return Period
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Shipping & International Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including:
- International shipping fees

- Import taxes
These costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received an incorrect product
We reserve the right to request photo or video evidence before approving any claim.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different product, the original item must be returned (subject to approval), and a new order must be placed.
8. European Union Customers
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This right overrides the standard 15-day return policy where applicable.
Returned items must still meet the basic condition requirements unless otherwise required by law.
9. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
Financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery, product condition, and customer communication in response to any payment dispute.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays caused by carriers or customs
- Losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Misuse or improper handling of products after delivery

Where local laws provide additional rights (including but not limited to the European Union), those rights will prevail over this policy.
